basah8 Terms and Conditions

Key Terms

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth below and shall be used in this sense throughout the document:

• basah8 / we / us / our: The company operating the basah8.app domain, mobile application, and all associated services, and all its subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
• Player / user / you: Any person who visits the basah8 platform, registers, or uses any service.
• Account: The registered personal profile on basah8 through which the user can access all services.
• Bet / wager: Investing money in any game or event where winning or losing is determined based on the outcome.
• Deposit: The process by which a player adds funds to a basah8 account.
• Withdrawal: The process of withdrawing winnings or remaining funds from an account.
• Bonus: Promotional offers, cashback, free bets, or other rewards provided by basah8.
• Wagering requirement: Wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus withdrawal.

Account opening terms and conditions

2.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on basah8, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or the age of majority as determined by your country's law, whichever is higher. basah8 reserves the right to verify your age and may request you to submit a government-issued ID card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. If it is proven that you opened an account or placed bets while underage, your account will be permanently closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. basah8 is committed to protecting minors and we follow strict age verification procedures.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one basah8 account may be opened per person, household, address, email, telephone number, payment account, or IP address. Opening multiple accounts (known as duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited. If basah8 discovers that you have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed, all bonuses will be canceled, and all winnings will be forfeited. Only the deposit amount from the primary account may be returned at basah8's discretion.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. You cannot open an account in someone else's name or with false information. If any of your personal information changes, you must update your account immediately. Failure to provide correct information or update it may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. basah8 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to verify your identity at any time.

Keep your account secure

3.1 Login Credentials Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party, not even family members or friends. Use a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Change your password regularly and do not use the same password on other websites. If you suspect someone else has learned your login information, change your password immediately and notify basah8 customer support.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities, bets, deposits, and withdrawals that occur on your account. basah8 assumes that any login and activity using your username and password was performed by you. basah8 is not responsible for unauthorized use due to your negligence or failure to maintain confidentiality. All bets and transactions made from your account will be considered valid and cannot be canceled, even if you claim they were made by someone else.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or your login credentials have been stolen, immediately notify the basah8 customer support team. We will temporarily suspend your account to begin an investigation and take necessary security measures. However, basah8 will not be liable for any losses incurred before the report is made. It is your responsibility to regularly monitor your account activity and report any unusual activity immediately.

Deposit rules

4.1 Payment Methods

Basah8 supports various convenient payment methods for Bangladesh players including mobile banking, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and various e-wallets. You can only use payment methods in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and such deposits will be canceled and accounts may be suspended. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the maximum deposit amount varies according to your payment method and VIP level.

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance. However, sometimes delays may occur due to the payment provider or bank, which are beyond basah8's control. If your deposit does not arrive in your account within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with payment proof (receipt or transaction ID). basah8 does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may deduct their own fees.

4.3 Bonuses and Promotions

Basah8 offers various deposit bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which are stated on the bonus page or in promotional emails. Generally, a specific wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. If you withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the associated bonus terms.

Withdrawal rules

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

Basah8 strives to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though in most cases processing happens within 2-6 hours. VIP members have faster processing times. When withdrawing for the first time, you will need to complete identity verification (KYC) which may take an additional 24-48 hours. After withdrawal processing, it may take another 24-72 hours for the money to reach your account depending on the payment provider or bank. Processing may be delayed on weekends and national holidays.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum withdrawal amount is BDT 50,000 per day, BDT 200,000 per week, and BDT 1,000,000 per month for regular members. For VIP members, these limits are much higher and vary according to level. You can have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawal requests at the same time. basah8 does not charge any withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may deduct their own fees, which are beyond basah8's control.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal request, basah8 will verify your identity and you will be asked to submit the following documents: (1) government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license), (2) proof of address (utility bill, bank statement - within three months), and (3) proof of payment method (bank account statement or card photo). All documents must be clear and legible. No withdrawals will be processed without KYC verification.

Game and betting rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered valid after being accepted by basah8 and confirmation is shown in your account. Deduction from your balance and appearance in bet history means the bet has been successfully placed. If for any reason a bet is not accepted, your balance will be refunded immediately. basah8 reserves the right to reject any bet, especially if it is due to technical error, obvious incorrect odds, or any other irregularity. Once an event has started or the outcome has been determined, no further bets will be accepted.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Void

Once confirmed, bets cannot be canceled. However, basah8 may void (cancel) a bet in the following circumstances: (1) if an event is canceled or postponed, (2) if there is a clear technical error or incorrect odds displayed, (3) if evidence of match-fixing or fraud is found, (4) palpable error - meaning an obvious mistake that any reasonable person would recognize. For voided bets, your stake (bet amount) will be returned but no winnings will be paid.

6.3 Result Determination

All bet results are determined based on the official event outcome announced by the governing body or official source at the end of the event. If the official result changes after the event ends (such as disqualification or penalty), basah8 will still not change bets settled according to the initially announced result unless there is clear evidence that the initial result was wrong. In case of any dispute regarding bet settlement, basah8's decision will be final and binding.

Strictly prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basah8 platform and violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Bonus Abuse: Bonus hunting activities, claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts, or attempting to bypass bonus conditions.
• Arbitrage betting: Attempting to make risk-free profit by exploiting odds differences between different bookmakers.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat or attempting to manipulate games.
• Bots and automation: Placing bets using any kind of bot, software, script, or automated system.
• Using inside information: Placing bets using inside knowledge of event outcomes.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to hack or intrude into basah8's system, software, or database.
• Chargeback fraud: Making unfair chargeback claims for legitimate deposits.
• Fake Documents: Submitting fake or altered documents for KYC verification.
